HITACHI looks to the future at Bauma

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) will be among the leading manufacturers at Bauma 2019 with more than 30 machines on show
from 8 to 14 April.
The company will showcase a wide range of products and services on stand number FN/718, including several new Zaxis-6 mini excavators and
compact wheel loaders, the ZX210X-6 ICT hydraulic excavator, and new special application machines.

2 display, HCME will present a broad selection of the latest Zaxis-6 mini and compact excavators, from the ZX17U-6 to the ZX85USB-6, and the ZW75-6 and ZW95-6 compact wheel loaders, which have been updated to comply with Stage V emissions requirements.

They will be joined by Hitachi’s first ICT hydraulic excavator with machine control in Europe, the ZX210X-6. Unveiled recently by HCME, it offers unrivalled accuracy, easy operation and can enable projects to be completed up to 50% faster than standard excavators.


REACHING FURTHER AND DIGGING DEEPER

Visitors to the exhibition will enjoy testing their skills on the dump truck simulator and getting a virtual view of some selected Hitachi machines. They will also be able to download a dedicated Bauma app in advance to ensure that they have the best experience on the Hitachi stand.

“Our team has worked hard to create an engaging and stimulating environment on our stand this year at Bauma,” says HCME President Makoto Yamazawa. “With such a wide variety of our construction equipment on display, we hope that there will be something of interest for everyone.”

Bauma is a renowned international trade fair for construction machinery, building material and mining machines, construction vehicles and equipment that is held every three years at Messe München. The last event held in 2016 attracted a total of 3,425 exhibitors (1,272 from Germany and 2,153 from abroad) from 58 countries, who covered 605,000 square metres of exhibition space. Over 583,000 visitors from 219 countries visited the fair, setting a new attendance record.
